He went to the USA after his graduation from college in Japan. During his study abroad, he realized how important “omotenashi” (very best heart to heart service) was. He came back to Japan then entered Ristorante HiRo. After working as a manager at HiRo Primo, he became a manager of Ristorante HiRo Osaka. He’s currently studying very hard to find which wines best suit their unique dishes.
